Niccole Pazos is a devoted wife, mother of three, small business owner, and longtime Sunrise resident who has built her life around one core principle: serving people with purpose, integrity, and action.
For nearly two decades, Niccole and her family have called the City of Sunrise home—raising their children here, building businesses here, and standing shoulder-to-shoulder with neighbors to protect and strengthen the community they love.
Her commitment to service is not a campaign message—it is a lifelong mission.
For more than 25 years, Niccole has been a leading advocate for individuals with disabilities and those in need of opportunity. Her work has helped open doors for countless individuals, ensuring they are treated with dignity, equipped with skills, and given a real chance to succeed.
Through her advocacy, Niccole played a role in helping bring forward Florida’s Text-to-911 law, a critical public safety advancement that allows individuals to reach emergency services when a voice call is not possible. She also worked to help the Sunrise Police Department secure funding for the AngelSense program, providing vital tracking technology to help protect residents with special needs and give families greater peace of mind.
As a small business owner, Niccole understands the real challenges families and entrepreneurs face. She believes local government should be a partner—not a barrier—by cutting unnecessary red tape, supporting small businesses, and creating an environment where opportunity can thrive.
But Niccole doesn’t just talk about standing with the community—she does it.
When the 84 South Sunrise neighborhood faced a proposed hotel development in the heart of a residential area, Niccole stood alongside neighbors, helping organize, inform, and advocate. Together, they protected their neighborhood—proving that when people unite, their voices matter.
Her dedication to service extends beyond policy and advocacy. For decades, Niccole and her family have led and supported food drives, toy giveaways, and backpack distributions to ensure families and children have what they need. Their humanitarian efforts have also reached beyond Sunrise, supporting education and workforce initiatives in Haiti and Jamaica.
Niccole is also the host of “Breakthrough” on WAVS 1170 AM, where she brings together voices from across the community to inspire, inform, and uplift.
She believes leadership is not about titles—it is about responsibility.
A responsibility to protect families.
A responsibility to support local businesses.
A responsibility to listen to the people and stand firm in doing what is right.
Niccole Pazos is committed to ensuring that Sunrise remains a city where neighbors feel safe, families can thrive, and opportunity is within reach for everyone.
This is more than a campaign. It’s a commitment to serve.
